I've found a very comprehensive user guide that explains everything there is about the device and configuration methods and how to work with Uniden Remote Service.
The guide presents everything there is about the device and how to connect it while using its all accessories. Access the following URL to download the PDF file.
If you can't open the file, download and install a PDF reader.
My UDS655 remote service is not working since my Windows 10 upgrade. The USB Cameras are not showing up as an option on the application drop down menu.

The main cause for this issue is compatibility. You will have to install the cameras, but in a different way. The feature that doesn't allow you to install the camera's drivers is called Driver Enforcement and as long as it's active, you will need an officially signed driver from Microsoft and compatible with Windows 10 to install it, but that can be bypassed.
Disable Driver Enforcement and then install the drivers: go to Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Press key 7 > Restart.
